I am a tender breath away always loving you....
were the words I heard in my heart a few days after
my 18 year old nephew, Omar passed away. The
words flowed and danced and shaped as if on its
own into a poem "I am Your Angel", which I believe
was Omar's spirit delivering a message to the one
he loved the most, his Mother. Their bond is so
deep that not even death can end the relationship
that they had. As painful as it can be, the separation
of death does not end a relationship, it changes
form. Love and the spirit are eternal...and having
faith in the survival of the spirit, solace can be found.

I have gathered inspirational words, flashes and
poetry to soothe your soul; experiences of after
death communications, or ADCS as its known, of
everyday people; research that confirms the
survival of the spirit; a list of spiritual therapists who
use past life regression and induced ADCS to heal
grief, so that you may find a new way of looking at
the death experience, and perhaps create an
opening where your loved one who is literally a
breath away, will be able to communicate with you,
if not with words then with a feeling of total love and
peace.

I will be your guardian angel
your sweet angel watching over you.
I will dry your tears
and hold you in a tight embrace
and your heart will remember

You can call me when your heart is
breaking
you can call me when you want to feel my
love
you can call me and I will be by your side
even if I am now dancing in the Light with
God.
I may seem to be gone but
I am still with you
while we fulfill God's Higher Plan.
